The remains of two people have likely been found in Florida.

The couple’s white 2014 VW Passat S with Florida tag GXRD85 is also missing. They think that their relative, Allyn Shane Gilbert, 53 who also lived at the home may be driving the car. Authorities are trying to locate him. He is considered a missing endangered person.

While looking for the couple the police found possible human remains in the backyard. “Investigators are in the process of recovering the remains and will then begin the identification process,” officials noted in the release. Police are waiting for confirmation from the medical examiner’s office before they make a positive statement on the remains and the identity.

Gilbert is described as white, 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds with brown hair and eyes. If you see him or the vehicle please call the police.
